Lavoro e lavoratori / Job and workers

Chi è il lavoratore? Come poter descrivere un lavoratore?

Ebbene, il lavoratore lo si potrebbe paragonare ad un albero  : se il seme è fertile e chi lo accudisce ha sia le capacità che la possibilità di farlo crescere, questo crescerà robusto e raggiunta la maturità ricambierà la generosità ricevuta con splendidi fiori ed abbondanza di frutti.

Il lavoro, invece lo si può rappresentare come una locomotiva che guida un convoglio di esperienze, conoscenze ed avventure. Chiunque abbia lavorato con impegno conosce la gioia nel portare a termine un progetto, risolvere problemi con soluzioni innovative e vedere fruttare il tempo investito.

Se dunque il tempo è il fertilizzante che sta alla base di tutto, allora, il lavoro è il veicolo con il quale si cresce e si raggiunge l’immortalità (Roma è la città Eterna; ad ogni angolo si è dinnanzi ad opere d’arte di ogni epoca, frutto del superbo lavoro di grandi artisti che qui hanno avuto l’opportunità di mostrare il loro genio).

E’ dunque giusto che si incentivi e si coltivi il lavoro poiché così si promuoverà la creatività, l’ingegno, la caparbietà di chi lo desidera e lo ama e solo così una società potrà considerarsi sviluppata e all’avanguardia. In questo modo il singolo albero diventerà un frutteto pronto ad essere raccolto.

Purtroppo, a volte, invece di coltivare si decide di avvelenare il terreno in cui questi alberi crescono… a questo punto non ci si può che aspettare che questi fuggano, alla ricerca di luoghi più fertili dove mettere radici o ancora peggio che si lascino appassire e muoiano, abbandonati da chi, invece, avrebbe dovuto proteggerli.

Who is the worker? How can we describe a  worker?

Well! A worker could be compared to a tree: if the seed is fertile and that who takes care of it will be able to make it grow up, this will grow strong. Once it will be mature, it will return the generosity received with marvellous flowers and plenty of fruits.

The work, instead, could be compared to a locomotive pulling a whole train of experience, knowledge and adventure.

All those who have always worked hard, know the joy of finishing their projects, of solving problems with innovative solutions and the joy of seeing a positive result of their efforts.


So, if time is the fertilizer underneath, then work is the way to immortality (Rome is the Eternal city; you can see works of art from different times in every corner, the result of the extraordinary work of great artists who had the opportunity of showing their genius).

This is why it is a good thing to do, to promote work, and to work hard. Thus we promote the creativity, the intelligence and the willfulness of those who want it and who love it. Only in this way, can a society be considered a developed and an advanced one. In this way, the single tree will become an orchard, its fruits, ready to be picked up.
